Bandstocks are loan stock in Civilian Industries PLC, the company established to operate the Bandstocks funding model and which owns this site.
Loan stocks are stocks in a company issued against a loan and a commonly used and widely recognised means of providing funding in the commercial world.
We issue loan stock in preference to shares because it enables us to return the income generated by a specific album to investors in a way that would not be possible through a share issue.
The loan stocks (Bandstocks) are sold through our websites to raise a fund to record and market individual albums.
